Kanvas recently held a giveway hosted by Khyutee On Duty and I was so happy to win! The prize? A 12 x 12 canvas print of my chosen photo entry. Thank you soooo much, Kanvas Team and Khyutee On Duty!
From Ms. Khyutee's blog: KANVAS is a team of avid printers and designers who have passion for simplistic sophistication. They connect the need for a great frame to match your perfect photos and change your walls by accessorizing it thru canvas and stickers. Their company offers personalized canvas printing and other wall decorations including wall clocks. They also partner with freelance photographers to sell their photos thru Kanvas.
Here was my photo entry which I posted on Kanvas' Fanpage.
My family is best on a kanvas. This picture is my favorite family picture because for me, it shows how happy we are as a family and I would like to preserve that memory. When my son grows up, I want him to see this photo printed on kanvas and displayed in our own simple home so he would always be reminded how happy and blessed we are to have him in our lives.
I was really overjoyed when I found out that I won the prize. I was already imagining the canvas hanging on our wall, hihi!
Last August 17, Allan, Trev and I went to Trinoma to meet with Miss Sarah from Kanvas, Inc. so she could hand over the prize to me personally. She's so nice and pretty! Our meeting was short and sweet but nevertheless, I was very happy to meet her. Sayang lang because we were not able to take a picture with her. I guess my mind just wandered somewhere and totally forgot that we brought our own digicam pala that day! Haha! Sayang talaga.
Anyway, here's a photo that Ms. Sarah took when she handed the prize to us.

When I finally got to see my prize, I was in total amazement. Hubby, too! They really did a great job! Super like! I am now actually thinking of ordering a frame or two for some of our family pictures and my son Trev's pictures. I tell you, sulit talaga siya! They really do live up to their promise of turning your pictures into works of arts, a very nice way to treasure your memories.
Oh, did you notice that my prize was bigger than a 12x12? Well, actually, it is. Kanvas team was so nice and generous that they upgraded my prize to 12x16 because the picture couldn't fit a 12x12 sized canvas frame. They're also very kind to understand my situation as a stay at home wife and mom so they agreed to set the meeting place near my location. I feel so blessed by their kindness.
|Hahaha! Sorry naman, Trev was in no mood for a photo op. Pinilit ko lang! :-P|
Don't be deceived by the photo of Trev above. Although he was in no mood to take a picture that time, he loves our kanvas photo. He kept pointing at it and kept on looking at me and his tatay. :-)
Anyway, again, thanks soooo much Kanvas Team for choosing my family picture as the winning entry. Thanks also to Ms. Sarah for meeting me up at Trinoma. I can't help but smile everytime I see our family picture hanging on our wall. In fact, I just glanced at it while I typed this sentence. I'm just so happy!
If you want to order, just drop by at the Kanvas Inc. Facebook Fanpage. You will also see a gallery of their lovely finished products. Go ahead and check it out, yes now na! :-)
