Sad that I do not know how to play a single musical instrument, haha! I have always wanted to play the guitar. I remember I asked my brother to teach me how. Well, he was patient enough to teach me, I was even able to somehow memorize some of the keys, etc, and how to position my fingers on the strings but then, in the end, I still failed to learn. My brother said I have small hands and short fingers so I couldn’t reach some of the strings properly. That’s why I was having a hard time.
Well, that was when we were younger. Do fingers ever grow a few millimeters as we age? Haha! I'm still hoping I would be able to play the guitar. Malay mo, my fingers are a little bit longer now. :-P
Anyway, I am generally a VERY shy person and I would never dream of performing alone in a crowd even with an excellent tabletop mic stand, but I just wanted to at least know how to play an instrument. That would be really nice. But then, unfortunately, it was a failure. Tsk tsk.
Maybe, I should just try to learn a different instrument instead, a keyboard perhaps!? Yay!

ReplyDeleteSis, hindi ka nag-iisa. I don't know to play any instrument din, I really love and amaze by people who knows how to play guitar. Kahit isa sa mga kapatid hindi din marunong kaya I don't have any chance of learning..:) hehehe
ReplyDeleteNormally, mother's expose their kids to music, crafts or to anything they never tried when young. When Trev is older, you can enroll him in a music school and find great joy and satisfaction while watching him play the guitar :)
ReplyDeleteI can relate. I've tried learning how to play the guitar, but I eventually quit. It's just not for me. Haha.
ReplyDeleteMaybe Trev have that talent for playing instrument. Maybe your brother can teach him someday. :)
